M. Amendra-Hauser
President and CEO
Mr. Amendra-Hauser is responsible for overall operations at MAH, especially strategic planning, marketing, business development, export commercial collections, and alliance partnerships. He has almost twenty years experience in Global Commercial Accounts Receivable Management and Trade Dispute Resolution. During his career, he has gained in-depth cross-cultural communication experience through serving a range of international companies in various industry sectors. Prior to establishing MAH, he worked as a senior credit manager and headed an international debt recovery department in a large credit management services company in Switzerland. His professional experience also includes marketing consultancy for international export companies. In the early days of his career, he held several middle management positions in the Swiss hotel industry. His educational background includes executive management studies (Marketing & Sales) at the University of St.Gallen (Switzerland). Before embarking on his management
studies, he studied Hotel Management at the Hotel School in Chur (Switzerland).
Daniel Christen
Deputy Director and Head of Operations
Mr. Christen is our in-house Legal Counsel. He is responsible for daily operations at MAH, including export commercial collections, international legal proceedings, our worldwide partner attorney network, consumer collections, and customer service. He holds a Master’s degree in Law from Miséricorde University, Fribourg (Switzerland). Before joining MAH, he worked for the Government of Switzerland (Ministry of Defence) for five years, during which he was stationed in different parts of the world. He has profound experience in international communications, dispute resolution, and mediation.
Oliver Willimann
Group Attorney and Management Board Member
Mr. Willimann is responsible for all legal matters at MAH. He has over 15 years experience in International Commercial Dispute Resolution & Mediation Services, Debt Collection, Commercial Litigation, Contract Law, Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law. He studied Economics and Law at the University of St.Gallen (Switzerland). Over the years, he has developed wide-ranging expertise in all kinds of legal disputes, with a special focus on commercial litigation.
Ugo Gervasoni
Senior Marketing Consultant
Mr. Gervasoni is our Senior Marketing Consultant. He provides international clients, chiefly exporters, with longstanding experience in international business development, sales and marketing concepts, and global expansion strategies. He holds a degree from the Swiss Institute of Technology (ETHZ).
